Our mission is to improve teen sleep

At Sleep Smart, we've identified a common challenge facing many New Zealand teenagers: a lack of sufficient sleep. This issue can significantly impact learning, mood, mental health, and overall well-being. Our goal is to empower students to improve their sleep habits, reducing late-night stress and the scramble of last-minute homework by providing tools for better time management. We're producing a website with a dedicated homework/task planner and essential tips for healthy sleep, designed to help you become more efficient and well-rested.
